Dr. Richard Rogers graduated from Central Dauphin High School and obtained a BS degree from Geneva College. He earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree (DPM) from the Temple School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Podiatric Medical Association and its national affiliate, the American Podiatric Medical Association. He is board certified in foot surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and is a Fellow in the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
Dr. David Todoroff is a graduate of Central Dauphin High School. Dr. Timothy Swartz is a native of Landisville, Pa and graduate of Hempfield High School. He received his BA in Biology from Gettysburg College, and then earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine Degree (DPM) from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine, in Cleveland, OH. Dr. Swartz spent his 3-year post-graduate foot and ankle reconstructive surgical training at the renowned Cleveland Clinic Foundation and Kaiser Permanente. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Podiatric Medical Association and its national affiliate, the American Podiatric Medical Association. He is also an Associate Member in the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.

She received her BS in Biology from the Pennsylvania State University and then earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine Degree (DPM) from the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine, in Philadelphia, Pa. Dr. Testani spent her 3-year post-graduate foot and ankle reconstructive surgical training at Our Lady of Lourdes Memorial Hospital in Binghamton, NY. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Podiatric Medical Association and its national affiliate, the American Podiatric Medical Association. She is also an Associate Member in the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
Dr. Matthew Testani is a native of Binghamton, NY. He received his BS in Biology from St. Bonaventure University, and then earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine Degree (DPM) from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Clevleland, OH. Dr. Testani spent his 3-year post-graduate foot and ankle reconstructive surgical training at Our Lady of Lourdes Memorial Hospital in Binghamton, NY. He then completed a one year fellowship in Pediatric Orthopedics at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, MD. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Podiatric Medical Association and its national affiliate, the American Podiatric Medical Association. He is also an Associate Member in the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
Dr. Howard Schake did his undergraduate work at Akron University. He earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree (DPM) from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine. He completed his residency training at Cleveland Foot Clinics and Doctors Hospital, Cleveland. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Podiatric Medical Association and the American Podiatric Medical Association. He is board certified in foot surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery.
